While most clients are established adults, I also work with young women seeking support with confidence, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and identity development.

This led me to train in integrative, performance-focused approaches that support leaders to stabilise internal state, strengthen decision-making, and navigate complexity with greater clarity.

I work with boards and senior leadership groups on effectiveness at decision level supporting how responsibility is held, how decisions are made, and how group dynamics impact organisational outcomes.
This work is systemic rather than individual. It focuses on how boards and leadership teams function collectively in practice, particularly in complex, high-stakes, or purpose-led environments.
Boards often have governance structures in place. Challenges arise in how power, values, emotion, and risk are navigated in real time. My role is to help surface patterns, clarify accountability, and support clearer, more mature decision-making.
